Superfoods are filled with minerals, vitamins, antioxidants, and disease-fighting compounds. Superfoods are mainly known for being full of nutrients and minerals, their power to control blood pressure, heart diseases, and cancer-fighting substances. 

Superfoods List 2021:

1. Blueberries-

Blueberries are densely packed with fiber, vitamin C, and vitamin K. They are low on calorie count and densely packed with antioxidants. They also help in lowering blood pressure, cures heart diseases, and improves the functioning of the brain. According to studies, blueberries are one with the highest number of antioxidants. 

2. Walnuts-

Walnuts are also full of antioxidants and a great snack. They are a great source of omega 3, improves gut health, helps in lowering the risk of cancer and diabetes. An acid found in walnuts helps in lowering the risk of cardiovascular disease. 

3. Salmon-

10. Garlic-
