2. Watermelon

This keeps you really cool. Buy a watermelon and get it in the fridge and let it cool. When that is done, chop it into slices and have it. Don’t go for the already prepared slices that the vendors sell. You might be having some health issues like diarrhea if it was uncovered or unhygienic.
